Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed the next business day.

  • We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

  • Products are typically delivered within 12-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on all domestic (U.S.) orders above 150$. No hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

  • All prices include applicable U.S. taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • RC vehicles and electronics are eligible for return only if found defective upon delivery.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return

  2. Pack the Item
    Securely package the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during return transit.

  3. Ship the Item
    After confirmation from our team, return the item to the address provided. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items received.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged or not functioning as expected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products, including clearance items or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Please refer to the product page for specific return eligibility details.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
