Shipping Policy

CrazyRC currently ships only within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders above $150, and tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather-related disruptions.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. To request a return, contact us at support@crazyrc.us. Once we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

Warranty

Some products come with a limited warranty, as specified on the respective product pages. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and require valid proof of purchase. Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
