01 What does ready to run mean?
A ready-to-run model arrives assembled with its electronics fitted. Check the listing for whether a battery and charger are included, as this varies by model.
02 Brushed or brushless?
Brushed motors are cheaper and gentler, which suits a first model. Brushless motors are faster, run cooler and last longer, and are where most people end up.
03 How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 12–15 business days. Each order is imported from our fulfilment centre in China after you place it, and a tracking number is emailed as soon as it ships.
04 Can I get spare parts later?
Yes. Message us with your model name and we will source the part for you, for every model we sell.
05 What if something breaks or arrives faulty?
We handle repairs and replacements. If a model arrives damaged or not working, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. For repairs any time after that, message us with your order number and a short description of the problem.
06 Which model suits a beginner?
Crawlers and scale trucks are the most forgiving starting point. High-speed bashers reward some experience first.
